The 4 Kinds of People Making This Political Moment Difficult
And the one kind of person making it way better
Charlie Kirk’s assassination has revealed 4 kinds of people who are making political life in America more difficult.
But praise God, there’s one kind of person who's making it much better.
Come along as we explore some distinctions in American political groups today.
Type 1: The Radical Leftist
“It’s good that Charlie Kirk died!”
These individuals celebrate Charlie's death.
They believe murder is an appropriate punishment for free speech, if you're on the opposing side.
They call this "tolerance" and "inclusion."
They have no value but power, and no real strength, either. Except for their ability to endure intense cognitive dissonance.
Type 2: The Radical Rightist
"Get real mad in Charlie's name!"
These guys claim that Charlie Kirk's death—and other current events—legitimize the use of violence against populations they deem "deplorable."
Their skin color makes them superior, and others are inferior. They can produce no evidence of their superiority.
But... the Roman Empire was cool that one time! So they usually represent themselves online with statues of men they look nothing like.
Type 3: The Scapegoat Seeker
“Israel killed Charlie Kirk!”
These are the men (and some women) who are convinced that "the Jews" are behind literally every major world event.
It doesn't matter if Charlie's assassin is an ex-Mormon trans furry, with whiter-than-whitebread parents. Somewhere, somehow, it's "the Jews" fault!
No mental effort will be spared to create dots that aren't there, which can then be connected to prove their point.
Type 4: The Conspira-Bro
"We're being lied to about Charlie's death!!!!11"
These guys are committed to combing through every piece of evidence—down to the pixel—to prove that "the official narrative" isn't true.
Did someone touch their nose? Sniper spotter. Did a guy with a square jaw tug his sleeve? Front-row assassin. Random kid with a bad memory? Must be the real story.
These guys already know that they're being lied to, just not about what. So... maybe everything?
Naturally there are more than these four. But these are the ones who seem to be getting the most traction online now, and not with a good impact.
Meanwhile, there's one kind of person—I believe the majority—who are making political life in America way better...
The Faithful Believer
"Charlie is gone. Now we have to be Charlie."
These men and women are grieving over this tragedy, but they're not letting it make them bitter or angry.
Instead, they're turning to the source of truth itself: God and Jesus Christ. These men and women are finding community, friends, and especially faith. It gives them peace.
This helps them bring light into a dark time and resist the worst impulses of their flesh. Because they believe in Charlie Kirk's legacy, even if they weren't personally touched by it.
And if Charlie isn't there there to push anymore, then they'll lend a hand to help push in the same way Charlie would have, in a way that honors him.
It's what Charlie would have wanted. It may even be what he gave his life for. ✝️
Which one of these will you be, friend?

I think there may be a 5th kind…
The Cat Detester (see Type #1). I mean, why do the feminists get claim on Kitty?? Can’t we all appreciate a good purrito? Look at that cat. Even it looks terrified. Let’s make cats cool again. 😉😆
Joking aside, thank you for this breakdown. It’s good to evaluate where you may be at, sometimes.
